In Printbox we are committed to protect and respect your privacy in compliance with EU- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, dated April 27th, 2016. This privacy statement explains when and why we collect personal information, how we use it, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. This Privacy Policy applies to the use of our products and to our sales, marketing and customer contract fulfilment activities. It also applies to individuals seeking a job in Printbox.

Printbox Sp. z o. o. develops and delivers software that allows selling photoproducts online. Our company’s headquarters is located in Kraków, Poland. The headquarters’ registered office address is Rynek Główny 17, 31-008 Kraków, Poland.

Personal Information We Collect

We collect information from you, such as name, company, country, email address and phone number, when you send us a message. Giving us your name, e-mail address and company is necessary to answer your query and to provide you with the service and/or contract. We collect your e-mail address and your name when you send us your CV, and only e-mail address when you subscribe to our newsletter. We collect your data when you interact with us in person, through correspondence, by phone, by social media, or through our websites.

When you use our website, we collect information about how you use the site. This helps us to make our website easier to use and the content more useful.

We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:

Printbox Demo

When you use our demo e-commerce and create not anonymous projects, we collect information such as name, email address and date of birth. This (and any other information you could input in the process) you will provide us is for the purpose of creating an account for test orders and to check how our system looks like from customers' perspective. We are not using this data anyhow.

Apart from mentioned above, we may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:

  • Information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit, entry & exit points and number of page views)

Due to the need to prevent Internet robots from performing certain functions on the demo e-commerce, we use the Google reCAPTCHA mechanism that is checking whether the someone’s behavior look like robots. In this case, we may disclose your IP address to Google LLC.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and analytics technologies to gather usage and performance information about our web page. This information helps us analyze our website usage and web page performance.
